Visitor details that a member provides when inviting a guest, such as the guest’s name, email address, and phone number.

We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as log and device data) that our hosting and infrastructure providers use to operate and secure the site.

How We Use Your Information

To operate the membership platform and provide its features.
To review membership applications submitted by invited prospects.
To facilitate referrals, attendance tracking, and communication among members.
To send service-related messages — such as visitor invitations, meeting reminders, and account notices — by email and as in-app notifications.
To email an invited guest, on a member’s behalf, a visitor invitation that includes a membership application.

How Information Is Shared

With other members: your member directory and activity information is visible to fellow JSN members within the portal.
Public business cards: only if you choose to make your profile public, the information on your card — which may include your business details and a personal phone number — becomes viewable by anyone with the link.
Public pages & photos: photos selected by leadership may be displayed publicly on the JSN website, such as the home-page banner and member brochures.
Service providers: we use trusted vendors to host and run the platform (including database, hosting, and email delivery providers) who process data on our behalf.
Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of JSN and its members.

Cookies & Sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the member portal. These are essential to the service and are not used to sell your data.
